Catherine Bello, the owner and operator of Sole Revival Reflexology Spa, in River Edge, has graduated a new class of reflexology students that includes Alison Kirk, Denise Schachter, Wynette Joans, Wendy Christoffel, Jane C. Smith, Joice Bolton, Margarita Caraballo and Sarah Sayeed.
Participants took four hour-long group sessions learning reflexology under Bello’s leadership. Reflexology is a natural healing art, based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. More reflexology classes will be offered in the fall.
