Eastern School Open House for Student Candidates

The Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine, in Montclair, will conduct an open house for prospective students from 1 to 3 p.m., November 16. It’s a great opportunity to meet the faculty and find out more about potential careers in acupuncture or traditional herbal medicine. Participants will also be able to to talk to current students about their experiences. There will be guided tours of the school and refreshments will be served.

The Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine is New Jersey’s first school of acupuncture. Founded in 1997, it is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine the organization that sets and maintains the standards for acupuncture schools nationwide. Graduates receive a diploma in acupuncture and are qualified to sit for the NCCAOM national board exam, a prerequisite for state licensure.
