Spirit Guide Workshop at Montclair Psychic School
The Montclair Psychic School will present a spirit guide workshop led by teaching medium Lee Van Zyl from 2 to 5 p.m., December 7, in Rutherford, to teach all about spirit guides and how they can help us.
Throughout the course of the session, Van Zyl will lead attendees in a guided meditation, where they will be able to meet their spirit guides. If time allows, Van Zyl will also lead individuals on a shamanic journey to meet their power animal.
A notebook, a pen and a yoga mat are needed for the workshop. Preregistration is required by 6 p.m., December 6.
