Delete Brain Files and Change Your Life

You can do it to our computer, why not your brain? Is there a magic “button” somewhere on your head that you can push? Well sort of. Actually there are 32 such places on the head called “Bars”, points on the head that when lightly touched release stored electromagnetic energy that can keep us stuck in patterns of behavior that don’t serve us. These points are similar to acupuncture or acupressure points, but in this case pertaining to stored electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything.

About 25 years ago, Gary Douglas discovered energy Bars, or specific points along the head. Each Bar pertains to some aspect of your life that you deal with every day: joy, sadness, money, control, creativity, creating connections, peace, gratitude, and more. Douglas found that when light finger pressure is applied to each of these Bars, the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life starts to be released. For example, some of the things we learned from our parents, grandparents, teachers, friends TV, books, etc., that are stored in our brain (a lot of which is subconscious) and which inhibits us from performing at our optimum potential, or being the person we want to be, can be released. Have you ever wondered why you keep choosing the same things in your life that don’t really work for you?

“Getting your Bars run” describes a typical “releasing” session. This can be done in a reclining chair or on a massage table. Almost everyone falls asleep – a deep theta sleep. This will be your time to totally receive, relax and renew. A typical Bars session lasts about an hour. No more long hours on the psychiatrist’s couch trying to figure things out. You can relax and change at the same time. The session continues to work after getting your Bars run because more things continue releasing each day.

What would it look like if you couldn’t wait to get to work every day? Can you really wake up joyful each morning? What if you had so many new ideas to contribute to your job that you didn’t know where to start? Is it possible to not take things personally?

What if things were not right or wrong, or good or bad? What if they were just ideas with no judgment? Can we really allow co-workers and bosses to be who they are without resisting and reacting, or aligning and agreeing (all that polarity)? What would it take for your life to be easier?

Some of this sounds so “outside the box”. Well, it can actually happen by getting your Bars run. You can also learn how to become a therapist and do this on others, incorporating this work with other therapies. A one-day training is required.
