West Milford Farmers’ Market Opening for Business in June
The West Milford Farmers’ Market will hold a grand opening, rain or shine, from 3 to 7 p.m., June 24, in the parking lot of the West Milford Presbyterian Church. The community farmers’ market will remain open each Wednesday through October 22. WIC and Senior FMNP checks are accepted by some farmers.
Sponsored by nonprofit Sustainable West Milford, the West Milford Farmers’ Market is devoted to promoting sustainability in West Milford and its surrounding towns, selling a wide variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables, along with honey, pickled products, empanadas, jams, jellies, pies, breads, pastries and many other delectable treats.
