Herbal Education from Robin Rose Bennett
Sustainable West Milford is hosting a herbal education session from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m., July 14, at the Hillcrest Community Center, co-sponsored by Wisewoman Healing Ways. Robin Rose Bennett will teach about the many ways that common herbs can be used for food and medicine, as well as the spiritual and ecological context behind the plants.
Bennett is the author of The Gift of Healing Herbs: Plant Medicine and Home Remedies for a Vibrantly Healthy Life, and also teaches at the New York Open Center and at the Arbor-Vitae School of Traditional Herbalism.
