Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Yield: 1-2 servings

1 frozen banana
4 Tbsp pumpkin puree
2 medjool dates, chopped
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp hemp seeds or flaxseeds
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
Drizzle of coconut nectar or maple syrup (optional)

Process ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
