Eastern School Hosts Open House Event
The Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine will be holding an open house for prospective students from 1 to 3 p.m., December 6, in Montclair. This will be a great opportunity to meet faculty and find out more about potential careers in acupuncture. There will also be a chance to talk to current students. At the start of the session, an overview of the school and its mission will be followed by a guided tour of the learning facility. Refreshments will be served.
The Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine is New Jersey’s first school of acupuncture. Founded in 1997, it is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, the organization that sets and maintains the standards for acupuncture schools nationwide. Graduates receive a certificate in acupuncture and are qualified to sit for the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine national board exam, a prerequisite for state licensure.
