Free Meditation Classes at Rock My World
Rock My World Metaphysical Center will be hosting free meditation classes from 1 to 2 p.m., January 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, in North Bergen.
Every Sunday, beginning meditation classes will be held in order to help improve energy levels and boost happiness. Other benefits of meditation are lower blood pressure, decreasing anxiety, clarity of mind, a better inner source of energy and emotional stability.
Rock My World is currently New Jersey’s largest metaphysical store, offering a wide range of products that include crystals and healing stones of all sizes, gems, jewelry, minerals, healing bowls and spiritual products. Owner Christopher Petrocelli worked more than a decade in Manhattan and has recently returned to his home state of New Jersey in order to pursue a dream of operating a spiritual healing center.
