Celebrate the Spring Equinox with Lois Kramer-Perez
Lois Kramer-Perez, a feng shui master, will offer two guided meditation and sound healing sessions for the spring equinox, from 10:30 a.m. to noon and 7:30 to 9 p.m., March 18, in Paramus. She will guide participants through the meditation exercises by connecting with special words and bringing it all together to experience the excitement of aligning with nature and the new beginnings of a new spring.
There will also be the ultimate sound experience with crystal bowls to help the group expand their energy, invoke inspiration and connect themselves to their pure essence. No meditation experience is necessary and attendance at both sessions is not required.
