Clearing Trapped Emotions and Heart Walls

by Erica Hill

Emotions such as anger, fear, sadness or guilt are balls of energy that interact with the energy of the body. These emotions can become trapped within a person for a very long time, resulting in a shift or change from the natural resonance of the body to more of the resonance of the emotion. A Heart Wall is a protective barrier made of trapped emotions that the subconscious creates to protect us and our heart against heartache and pain. It can numb a person to emotions, blocking us from feeling joyful and happy, being successful and manifesting abundance. It can also interfere with our ability to harness creative energy and stifle the giving and receiving of genuine love, thus sabotaging relationships.

The heart is far more than just a pump, generating 60 to 1,000 times more power and electromagnetic energy than the brain as the most powerful organ in the body. It has its own unique intelligence that contains memories of past events and experiences, as well as feelings. The heart is the core of our very being. There are many instances of heart transplant recipients reporting memories, desire for foods, drinks and/or music that they never had prior to the surgery. Evidently, they had been stored in the heart of the donor that is now a part of the new owner.

The heart is fragile and vulnerable needing to be protected during difficult times to keep it from being broken. Just as an onion has layers, trapped emotions are added layer-by-layer to surround the heart as a protective mechanism to keep it from being hurt any further or being totally broken; it is possible for a person to die of a broken heart.

Any trapped emotions can be used to create a Heart Wall. Just as a bunker or bomb shelter is a protection when bombs are falling, so is a Heart Wall, but it is not a permanent solution, because no one wants to spend the rest of their life in a bomb shelter. The subconscious mind is responsible for keeping the heart safe and creating the bomb shelter, but living with it for the rest of one’s life can be limiting in many ways.

Eliminating a Heart Wall is an important part of creating a truly happy, joyful and fulfilling life. It is done as part or emotional rebalancing, using kinesiology to identify the emotions and a magnet to release them.
