Evening of Yoga at Meadowlands Environmental Center
The Meadowlands Environmental Center is offering a yoga class from 6 to 7 p.m., April 18, in Lyndhurst, that focuses on techniques that deal with alignment, flow and warmth. The class will end with a restorative pose that unwinds the body and mind for bed. Yoga experience is not required, and poses can be modified to accommodate all levels.
