The Heartfulness Meditation Conference Comes to Newark
The Heartfulness Meditation Conference will take place from 4 to 8 p.m., June 25, at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, in Newark, to learn the uses and benefits of the Heartfulness technique. New York Times bestselling author and meditator Gabrielle Bernstein, named a next-generation thought leader by Oprah Winfrey, will be featured.
There will also be Q&A with Kamlesh D. Patel, the global guide of Heartfulness Worldwide, followed by a heart-centered meditation session.
Comedian Honor Finnegan will accompany classical Indian music performed by Grammy-nominated flutist Maestro Shashank and an all-star lineup of classical Indian instrumental artists.
More than a million people practice Heartfulness Mediation around the globe, the conference is an opportunity for both those new to the practice and experienced meditators to learn the simple, yet effective Heartfulness technique, along with the science and benefits of getting out of the mind and into the heart.
