Learn about Green Technology at the Botanical Garden
The Skylands New Jersey Botanical Garden will present a lecture, Rain Gardens: A Blooming Technology, by sustainability consultant Karin LaGreca, at 1 p.m., March 31, at the Carriage House Visitor Center, in Ringwood. Weather permitting, this session will be followed by a walk in the garden.
The lecture will focus on the subjects of green infrastructure, native plants and rain gardens. All are vital and affordable ways to improve the health and resilience of our watersheds and ecological communities that are keys to our living communities.
