Learn Why Diets Fail in Fair Lawn
The Maurice M. Pine Public Library, in Fair Lawn, will present a lecture, Why Don’t Diets Work—Make a Personalized Plan for Summer, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., June 11, led by fitness coach Nicolle Ahles.
She will explain why diets often fail and what we can do to succeed, including how to get in shape for the summer. There will be personalized eating plans and tips on how to stick with the diet.
