Sound Healing and Kirtan with Dailen at Leaping Lotus

The Leaping Lotus Wellness Studio, in Elmwood Park, will present a musical production focused on health and stress reduction with Daniel “Dailen” McBride from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., December 7. This evening includes a group sound healing session and kirtan concert. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and refreshments will be provided.
McBride, a two-time Grammy nominee, combines sound healing, drumming, crystal bowl meditation and training, raw and living foods and other workshops to assist his clients to achieve improved health. Participants will experience the benefits that music, chants and sounds have on the human body, and discover which sounds help us rest and sleep more soundly.
