Holy Name Medical Center Offering Chair Yoga
Holy Name Medical Center is offering chair yoga classes from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., February 2, 9, 16 and 23, in Oradell. Chair yoga is a very gentle form of yoga designed for people that cannot get down on a mat. Chair yoga has been proven to help people with symptoms of cardiac issues, hypertension, anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, multiple sclerosis and many other health ailments.
