Feldenkrais Workshop in Oakland
Certified Feldenkrais Instructor Christin Harvey will lead an all-levels class for learning and participating from 2 to 4 p.m., July 8, at Vista Natural Wellness Center. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing.
This modality is recognized for the strategies it employs to improve posture, flexibility, coordination, athletic and artistic ability and to help those with restricted movement, chronic pain and tension, including back pain and other common ailments, as well as neurological, developmental and psychological issues.
