The Magic of Your Mind Seminar
Hilda Blair, certified in hypnotherapy, angel therapy and energy healing techniques, will conduct a training seminar from 2 to 4 p.m., May 19, which includes meditation training for newcomers and those that have some experience, Emotional Freedom Technique to reduce stress and self-hypnosis techniques.
Individuals such as athletes, professional speakers and even astronauts have long used self-hypnosis to empower themselves to achieve more than they would have otherwise. This is a fun-filled seminar on our mind’s ability to affect both mental and physical problems.
