Herbal Medicine Class at Sustainable West Milford
Sustainable West Milford will host a herbal medicine class, from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m., June 10, at the Hillcrest Community Center, in West Milford. This event is co-sponsored by WiseWoman Healing Ways.
The class will be led by Robin Rose Bennett, author of The Gift of Healing Herbs: Plant Medicine and Home
Remedies for a Vibrantly Healthy Life. She teaches regularly at the New York Open Center and at the Arbor-Vitae School of Traditional Herbalism. Bennett teaches many fun and easy ways that common herbs can be used for food and medicine. No preregistration is required.
