Help Clean Up Palisades Interstate Park

Palisades Interstate Park and the Appalachian Mountain Club are seeking volunteers to donate three hours of their time to help clean up the park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., February 1, in Fort Lee. Cleanups occur the first Sunday of each month. The Palisades Interstate Park in New Jersey is about 12 miles long, a half-mile wide and encompasses 2,500 acres of wild Hudson River shorefront, uplands and cliffs.

Trash bags, litter sticks, rubber gloves and treats will be provided. Advanced registration is not needed for this event and there is no cost.
