Vista Natural Wellness Center Hosts Yoga Nidra Workshop
A Yoga Nidra Workshop will take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m., October 24 (date was updated), at Vista Natural Wellness Center, in Oakland, led by Mary Ann Lynch Gebhardt. Participants should bring their own mat, blanket and pillow.
Gebhardt uses the sound of singing bowls, which accompany her guided imagery, to take participants to a state of deep relaxation. Sound vibration is known to reduce stress, improve concentration, harmonize and enhance health and wellness.
