Essential Oils Lecture at Allendale Library

Clinical aromatherapist Gina McConeghy will present a lecture, Essential Oils A-Z, from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m., January 23, at the Allendale Public Library. She will discuss healing oils and aromas that can be used in every day to relieve stress, strengthen the immune system, alleviate skin conditions and eliminate pain. McConeghy is also a certified holistic health education specialist and registered environmental health specialist.
