Learn about Composting in North Haledon
The North Haledon Green Team will present a session on composting from 2 to 3 p.m., March 31, at North Haledon Memorial Post 428. Compost is organic matter that has been decomposed. It recycles organic material that would otherwise be discarded as waste, and the result produces a natural soil conditioner that is rich in nutrients. The main purpose of this session is to encourage people to compost at home.
