Pandora Space Hosts Labyrinth Workshop
Pandora Space, in Hawthorne, will present a lecture, Living a Labyrinth Life: Labyrinth Workshop, with Beth Lampe, from 1 to 4 p.m., September 24.
This workshop will give participants an opportunity to learn the ancient technique of meditative walking on a labyrinth. Participants will also be given lessons in stress and energy management that will teach them how to find their own calm center wherever they are.
Lampe is the founder of Journey by Lampelight, with more than 20 years of studying with world-famous teachers and healers. She is also a certified Reiki Master, a certified health coach and a licensed massage therapist.
