Holiday Cooking Classes with Christine Okezie
Christine Okezie, of Your Delicious Balance, in Glen Rock, will be offering two healthy holiday sides cooking classes, from noon to 1:30 p.m., December 5 and 12, in Ridgewood.
Throughout the holidays, many people are offered fattening desserts and side dishes that counter all the hard-won progress of improving their bodies. These sessions, led by Okenzie, offer healthful holiday recipes that complement main course meals and keep participants on the right side of the bathroom scale.
