Health and Wellness Fair in Paramus May 30
Zen Living Events will host The Spring Into Wellness Health Fair from10 a.m. to 4 p.m., May 30 at Eastbrook Middle School, in Paramus. The event will feature more than 60 healthy living vendors to help educate, inform and inspire the community toward healthier living in the areas of chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, juicing, mediation, Reiki, reflexology, supplements, essential oils, hypnosis and yoga. There will be free demonstrations and raffles, and a local farmer’s market will also be in attendance.
“Health and wellness isn’t just a fad—it’s a lifestyle,” says Jaime Lee, owner of Zen Living Events. “Many people are looking to improve their health, but don’t know where to start. We want to bring together a variety of solutions to help people reach their personal goals and improve their lives.”
