Hackensack Riverkeepers Volunteer Cleanup
The Hackensack Riverkeepers will conduct a land-based cleanup party from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., September 17, at the Oradell Reservoir, in Closter, to rid the park and surrounding areas of unwanted trash. This event is held in partnership with Suez as part of the International Coastal Cleanup, the word’s largest volunteer cleanup of our waterways and ocean.
Cleaning supplies and refreshments will be provided. Volunteers should wear sensible shoes and clothing that can get dirty and bring bug spray and sunscreen. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
