0Clean Eating Lecture at Fair Lawn Library
The Maurice M. Pine Public Library will presenting a lecture on a clean eating nutrition, by Valley Health Systems, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., April 26. Health educator Danielle Fabrizio will teach participants about the fundamentals of following a clean eating diet.
“The idea of clean eating is more about being mindful of the food’s pathway between its origin and your plate. At its simplest, clean eating is about eating whole foods that are minimally processed, refined, and handled, making them as close to their natural form as possible. Modern food production has become so sophisticated that simply eating whole foods can be a challenging proposition these days, as there are many processed foods out there, says Fabrizio.
