0Become a Yoga Teacher
Birchwood Center is proud to announce their upcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification Program is being held January 10 through June 21, 2014.

Birchwood’s yoga teacher trainings have graduated over one hundred talented yoga instructors since 2002.
The 200-Hour Program includes principles of asana and alignment; principles of Vinyasa; pranayama and the pranic body; yoga philosophy; anatomy and physiology; introduction to Sanskrit; chanting, meditation and mudra, finding your authentic voice, and the business of yoga.
