Integral Yoga Offers Yoga Teacher Training in January
Integral Yoga, in Fair Lawn, will offer yoga teacher training that will take place from February to June 2014. Teacher Training Orientation will take place at 8:30 p.m., January 16, 2014, in Fair Lawn.
A pre-requisite for training is participation in a minimum of eight Integral Yoga Hatha classes prior to training. You can also make an appointment beforehand to discover the many benefits of the program.
The entire teaching package is a comprehensive program that will instruct and prepare you with all the skills necessary to teach Integral Yoga Hatha beginner classes. You will also be taught how to apply these teachings to live a more peaceful life.
The class curriculum will include yoga philosophy, yogic diet, anatomy and physiology, yoga kriyas and meditation instruction. Upon completion of this program, graduates are eligible to become a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
