Planetary Push ~ Public Demands Climate Change Solutions
People throughout the U.S. and worldwide, representing hundreds of grassroots and non-government organizations, will converge on New York City for the Peoples Climate March on September 21.
As United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon calls for heads of state to mobilize at an historic U.N. Summit on Climate Change that weekend, the people will demand action via the largest-ever climate change grassroots demonstration. Concerned groups and individuals expect to exchange ideas, articulate common challenges and address solutions.
