Hackensack Riverkeepers Volunteer Cleanup
The Hackensack Riverkeepers will conduct a land-based cleanup party from 12 to 3 p.m., November 6, at the Van Saun Brook, in Paramus, to rid the park and surrounding areas of unwanted trash. This event is held in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Northern Jersey’s Mitzvah Day.
Cleaning supplies and refreshments will be provided. Volunteers should wear sensible shoes and clothing that can get dirty and bring bug spray and sunscreen. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
