Hypnosis for Healthy Eating Workshop with Lois Kramer-Perez
Lois Kramer-Perez, a certified hypnosis and feng shui practitioner, will present a workshop, Healthy Mind, Healthy Body; Hypnosis for Healthy Eating, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., August 2, at Vibe Wellness, in Nutley.
Participants will experience a relaxing hypnosis session to communicate new healthy eating patterns into their subconscious. Kramer-Perez will also impart self-hypnosis techniques to assist them on the path to healthy eating after completing the class.
Recent participants have reported an immediate change in eating patterns, finding that they are more satisfied while eating less. Everyone will receive a recording of the hypnosis session.
