Free Yoga Classes at Pascack Brook Park
Free yoga classes from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., May 2, 9,16, 23 and 30, at Pascack Brook County Park, in Westwood. This event is co-sponsored by the Bergen County Department of Health Servicesm, Community Health Improvement Partnership of Bergen County and Hackensack Meridian Health as part of the Get Fit Bergen initiative to get county citizens to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Yoga, widely practiced for health and relaxation, is a spiritual and ascetic discipline that includes breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific bodily postures.
