Optimal Wellness Center Open House
Optimal Wellness center is hosting an open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., October 16. Guests can meet Medical Director Dr. Betty Keller, nutritional counselor Marissa Silverstein, massage therapist and Certified Venus Freeze practitioner Lauren White and office manager Lauren Ingwerson. Light healthy refreshments will be served.
Learn tips on how to have more energy, lose weight and look and feel your best. Learn about treatment programs for fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and weight loss. Find out how medical acupuncture can help with a variety of medical conditions. Get tips on how to improve diet and pick up a few healthy recipes.
