Healthful Holiday Vegetarian Cooking Class
Christine Okezie, of Your Delicious Balance, in Glen Rock, will host a holiday vegetarian cooking class, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., December 5, at Le Gourmet Factory, in Englewood. This class is designed to help kick start holiday meal preparation with healthy, vegetarian choices.
Some of the delectable dishes include creamy chestnut soup, stuffed kabocha squash, mesclun salad and guilt-free chocolate mousse. All recipes are free of both gluten and cow’s milk.
