Learn to Grow Sprouts at Home in Any Season
Susan Bischak, CNC, CCT, will present a workshop on Indoor, Year-Round Gardening with Sprouts, from 7 to 9 p.m., December 6, at the Vista Natural Wellness Center, in Oakland, New Jersey.
She will instruct participants about how to grow them, which plants not to sprout, ways to use sprouts and they will get the chance to taste different sprouts.
Bischak believes that holistic health means not just the body, but also the mind, emotions and belief systems. Her studies are varied and cutting-edge. She is a certified thermographer and a nutritionist through the Academy of Natural Health Sciences, and is currently working on her national certification exam with the American Association of Nutritional Consultants.
