Pandora Healing Wellness Center Open House
Space @ Pandora Yoga Studio and Pandora Healing Wellness Center, at 274 Lafayette Avenue, in Hawthorne, are holding a grand opening event from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., April 12, to give community members an opportunity to explore their offerings at this new space and relax and de-stress from the week.
There will be free yoga classes for adults and children, offering different forms of yoga such as restorative, vinyasa, affirmation, and energy yoga. The event also includes a tai chi class and workshops that focus on mindful living. Free bodywork session in ohashiatsu acupressure, Reiki and sound therapy will be offered, as well.
The day’s events will end with a sound healing meditation using crystal bowls and gongs. Nutritional snacks will be served. Pandora Healing is center that is committed to providing a space to facilitate growth through empowerment and opportunity.
