Celebrate the Summer Solstice in Paramus
Lois Kramer-Perez, CHt, an intuitive practitioner, and Linda Lindemann-Gros Karuna, a Reiki master teacher, will celebrate all the possibilities the energy of fire brings with guided clearing meditation and sound healing from 10:30 am to noon and from 7:30 to 9 p.m., June 20, the Summer Solstice, in Paramus.
Kramer-Perez will guide participants through exercises connecting to the energy of summer to ignite our fire and become inspired, aligning with nature as the sun fills us with light, all becomes clear and transformation is eminent.
Lindemann-Gros will create the vibrations for the ultimate sound experience with her crystal bowls. These frequencies and sounds are key to expanding our energy and invoking inspiration connecting to the energy of summer.
